Welcome to Peace Love Yoga! I’m Cleo 

a yoga therapist, teaching tai chi for rehabilitation, breath coach, sleep consultant, and masseur. For over 15 years, yoga has been my sanctuary, a source of strength, peace, and self-discovery.

My own journey through early menopause, bereavement, chronic hypertension, endometriosis, and life’s ups and downs has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening to your body, and putting yourself first, without guilt.

I’ve learned that healing isn’t just physical, it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual. That’s why I combine yoga, massage, guided meditation, tai chi, and breathwork to help ease stress, anxiety, insomnia, stiffness, and more.
