Today we explore Manipura chakra, the seat of your power and confidence. We explore how yoga can help us cultivate strength, confidence, and assertiveness in our lives.

Located at the solar plexus, when Manipura is balanced, we feel empowered, assertive, and in control of our lives. But when it's out of balance, we may experience feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem, or a lack of motivation.

Yoga offers a variety of practices to help balance the Manipura chakra. Dynamic and empowering poses like Warrior II, Boat Pose, and Plank Pose can help us cultivate strength and confidence, while also stoking the internal fire of our personal power. Additionally, Pranayama (breathing exercises) like Breath of Fire can help ignite the flames of our inner strength and resilience.

To further balance the Manipura chakra, I included a guided meditation, feel free to tune in and zone out.
