With episode 24 we close our tour of Yoga and the Chakras for now, with the Sahaswara chakra, the crown, centre of spiritual connection and enlightenment and exploration into yoga and its ability to elevate consciousness and foster a profound sense of inner peace.

Located at the crown of the head, the Sahaswara chakra represents our connection to the divine and the universe. When balanced, we experience a deep sense of spiritual connection, inner peace, and enlightenment. However, when this chakra is out of balance, we may feel disconnected from our higher selves and struggle to find meaning and purpose in our lives.

Yoga offers a myriad of practices to help balance the Sahaswara chakra and deepen our connection to the divine. Meditation and breath-work techniques, such as Sitali Pranayama, can help harmonise the energy of the crown centre and cultivate a sense of inner peace and clarity. Through visualisation and guided meditation, we can surrender to the divine presence within us and embrace our innate spiritual wisdom.
